*Hannah is accepting new clients for in-person sessions. She is also accepting telehealth clients. Hannah brings warmth, curiosity, and a sense of connection to her work. She cherishes time with family and friends, and at home, she enjoys the quiet companionship of her dog, Lola. Recently, she has begun exploring jiu-jitsu and finds it both challenging and energizing. Hannah also loves diving into books that inspire self-reflection, such as Shadow Work, listening to thought-provoking podcasts, getting lost in suspenseful thrillers, and finding calm in the creative rhythm of crocheting and knitting.

Hannah’s approach is grounded in a person-centered philosophy, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She helps individuals explore and understand their whole selves, addressing challenges at their root while fostering growth and healing. Her goal is to guide clients in reconnecting with themselves, reclaiming a sense of autonomy and agency, and honoring their inner child. Beyond traditional talk therapy, Hannah draws on creative and experiential approaches, including art therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, values-based work, and shadow work. She is also open to integrating a faith-based perspective when it aligns with the client’s interests and goals, ensuring every session is personalized and meaningful.
Hannah’s Typical Clientele:
Hannah enjoys creating a safe and welcoming space for her clients, most often working with individuals who identify as female, including both young and older adults. She is passionate about supporting those who are ready to begin their mental health journey with openness, curiosity, and determination. Hannah has guided clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, major life transitions, relationship struggles, women’s health concerns, PTSD, and attachment-related issues, always working collaboratively to help them feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Education and Training:
Hannah earned her MS, Art Therapy with Emphasis in Counseling through Mount Mary University graduating in 2024. Besides Art Therapy, Hannah is working on her EMDR training.
