Outside of her professional work, Krissy enjoys spending quality time with her three children. She is passionate about traveling, seeking out new adventures, and immersing herself in nature whenever possible. Krissy describes herself as an avid reader and enjoys participating in creative hobbies. She prioritizes self-care to maintain her balance and well-being.

Krissy integrates neuroscience and conflict resolution skills into her clinical practice. As a certified integrative medicine provider for mental health, she incorporates alternative and holistic approaches to promote mind-body balance. Her therapeutic toolkit includes EMDR, IRT, Art Therapy, CBT, psychoeducation focused on neuroscience, conflict resolution techniques, play therapy, sand tray therapy, attachment-based work, and walk-and-talk therapy.
